Jessica's Hair Haven Refund & Adjustment Policy At Jessica's Hair Haven, I take pride in providing high-quality services and want every guest to leave feeling confident and happy with their hair. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact me as soon as possible so I have the opportunity to address them. Haircuts - If you would like an adjustment to your haircut, please notify me within 2 days of your appointment. I will gladly make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge. Color Services - If you notice any concerns with your color, please contact me within 4 days of your appointment. I am happy to provide a complimentary color adjustment when appropriate. Refund Policy - If, after discussing your concerns, you remain dissatisfied with your service, you may be eligible for a 25% refund, provided your concerns are brought to my attention within 7 days of your appointment. - After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. Hair naturally settles over time, and a one-week period provides ample opportunity to evaluate the results and communicate any concerns. Additional Information - Refunds or complimentary adjustments are only available when Jessica's Hair Haven is given the opportunity to assess and address the concern first. - Services that have been altered by another stylist or through at-home chemical treatments are not eligible for refunds or complimentary corrections. - No refunds will be provided for changes of mind or if the requested service was performed as agreed during the consultation.
